More about
our Next Step Founder

Dan Foley graduated from Saint Louis University (St. Louis, MO) with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) and a Bachelors in Exercise Science.

Dan shares, “I have been working in outpatient orthopedics and sports specialties for over 5 years in the Greater Chicago Area.

I have earned hundreds of hours of continuing education and mentoring time, learning the most effective ways to reduce pain, restore function and improve overall fitness of patients with musculoskeletal conditions.

My goal has always been to start a practice in my hometown so that I can become an integral part of the community by being a resource for those who need support in managing their pain and improving their mobility, quality of life, and overall health.”

Dan is great. I started after an injury from lifting. He has been able to get me back to lifting and I am now at a level better than before I started. I can definitely recommend Dan for both needling and general PT. He is super knowledgeable about needling and it gets the job done.

Testimonials

Dan was amazing. I was in so much pain from plantar fasciitis, and had been compensating such that my hip was also severely affected. Their approach is to treat the entire body, and that was exactly what I needed. Not only am I now pain-free, but I am equipped with exercises and approaches to prevent it from returning. I am so grateful…
I broke my shoulder four months ago. The pain was intense. Simple things like showering, getting dressed and sleeping were difficult. My doctor had me begin range of motion exercises immediately and cleared me for physical therapy 6 weeks after the break when the bone was starting to heal. I work with Dan Foley and could not be happier. He’s extremely well versed, and has lead me through a progressive recovery program including passive and assisted range of motion movement, strength and conditioning exercises and soft tissue care, all tailor designed to meet my rehab needs. The bone is now fully healed and with Dan’s help I’ve made great strength and ROM progress and hope to be fully recovered soon. I highly recommend/can’t say enough about Dan.
